Emily is a designer and artist from Metuchen, New Jersey. She is pursuing her BFA in graphic design at Rutgers University Newark with an art history minor. Emily likes to experiment with typography, imagery, textures and colors, creating poetic compositions. For imagery she enjoys working with photography, illustrations and collage. At Rutgers Newark Emily has been apart of the Express Newark Design Consortium team and helped brand the identity for Newark’s RAIN Foundation, a non-profit organization that houses LGBTQ.
Emily is currently part of the Visual Means team who is partnering with Professor David Trout of the Rutgers Law School to create data visualization about the equitable growth in Newark, New Jersey. Emily is anticipating to graduate May 2020.
