Muhoza Ndimbira co-founded the Physically Active Youth Program (PAY)) an after school non-profit organisation based in Windhoek Namibia at the end of 2002. PAY has improved pass rates for grade ten and twelve learners in the community. In 2011, she founded Twamanguluka a for-profit company that renders capacity building services for youth. In 2015 she delivered a TEDx talk about her work with young people. She is currently a third year doctoral student in the Global Urban Studies Program at Rutgers University. Her research interests are in urban education and creating access to quality holistic education for a critical mass of learners.
