I would like to have provide food at my event, is this allowed?
Catering – Food & drinks are not allowed in the gallery under any circumstance, any/all catering will be stationed outside of the space.
Can I take photographs or video my event?
If your event is in the main gallery – 307, photography is not allowed. Due to copyright issues, photography is prohibited in the gallery therefore the following events cannot be held in the gallery: Photoshoots/Videos/Short Films etc.
I would like my event to be late in the evening or weekends.
Any/all events that occur outside of normal hours of operation will require additional fees for PRG staffing.
I would like to serve alcohol at my event. What is the policy?
Per the Alcohol policy, any/all events that involve alcohol require a Security officer to be present at the event for a minimum of 4 hours. Amount of officers and rates vary based on estimated attendance.
I would like to sell merchandise at my event. Can I do this?
Similar to the Alcohol policy, any/all events that involve currency require a Security officer to be present at the event for a minimum of 4 hours. Amount of officers and rates vary based on estimated attendance.
I need microphones, music or a video setup for my event. How do I go about this?
Requests for technology equipment (sound systems/mics/speakers) must be requested in advance to account for availability and the need for in-house expertise.
