Established in 1979, the Paul Robeson Galleries’ mission and programming embody Paul Robeson’s life-long commitment to unfettered artistic freedom, cultural democracy, and transnationalism. This mission is carried out in the presentation of visual arts exhibitions, gallery education and other public programs, and in partnerships with community organizations. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to work as an intern with our team. Interns to work with us on a variety of projects, including the realization of exhibitions and public programs, assisting with educational workshops, participating in special events and openings, helping with artist residencies, and much more.
